Denver Wrestling Academy is a youth and high school academy built for athletes who want more than just mat time. We’re here to forge toughness, discipline, and elite-level technique through relentless work.

Our training environment mirrors the intensity and structure of collegiate wrestling rooms, where every practice is demanding, and purposeful. We emphasize high-level technique grounded in fundamentals, drilling with intent, and live wrestling. Our athletes learn how to train like competitors — focused, accountable, and with attention to detail. Whether you’re preparing for the next level or building a foundation of habits, this Denver-based wrestling program can help you go from good to great.

Denver Wrestling Classes

Denver Wrestling Academy is a training facility that offers both wrestling and strength and conditioning. As a member, you will work work with our two full-time wrestling coaches as well as a full-time strength and conditioning coach. We believe both areas are essential for the highest level success on the mat.

  • Designed for developing wrestlers who are ready to build strong fundamentals, improve technique, and grow their competitive confidence in a disciplined academy environment.

  • Built for advanced athletes looking to accelerate their development through high-level coaching, increased training volume, and exposure to elite competition standards.

  • Our most demanding training track, designed for committed wrestlers pursuing peak performance. Athletes train at an elite pace with advanced technical instruction, live wrestling, and a competitive mindset.

  • Strength and Conditioning classes are available to all programs. Training emphasizes functional strength, explosive movement, core stability, and conditioning tailored to the demands of wrestling. Athletes learn proper lifting mechanics, recovery strategies, and how to train intelligently year-round.
