“Competing at the highest level gave me firsthand experience with elite training environments, preparation, and mindset. What matters most to me now is passing that knowledge on. I focus on fundamentals, smart training, and building confidence. I want athletes to understand why they’re doing what they’re doing, not just go through the motions. My goal is to help young athletes become tougher, more disciplined, and more self-aware, on and off the mat. I care about long-term development, not shortcuts. If your athlete is ready to work, I’m ready to help them level up.”
