WOMEN’S WRESTLING COACH

Coach Alexis is a former competitive wrestler who has spent years training and competing at the highest level. Wrestling has taught Alexis discipline, consistency, and how to perform under pressure, all lessons that shape how she coaches today. Alexis has wrestled all around the world which led her to a full ride scholarship to wrestle at William Penn University in Iowa.

She is a 2020 Reno World Champion, 2021 Texas State Runner-Up in the boys division, 2022 Texas Freestyle & Greco State Champion, 2022 Fargo Runner-Up, 2023 Texas State Champion and Greco State Champion, 2x All-American at World Team Trials, and was ranked #4 in the nation in her weight class. Alexis is dedicated to helping young athletes become tougher, more disciplined, and more self-aware, on and off the mat, placing emphasis on long-term development over shortcuts.
