Summer schedule (May 1st-August 9th)

Denver Wrestling Academy will offer 3 styles year-round (Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco). DWA has a full-time strength and conditioning coach that will be running training 3x a week year round that is included in the monthly memberships

  • Monday

    5:00 - 6:15 PM — Intermediate Wrestling

    5:00 - 6:15 PM — Advanced

    6:30 - 7:45 PM — Elite

  • Tuesday

    6:30 - 8:00 AM — Elite, Advanced and Intermediate Wrestling

    6:00 - 7:30 PM — College Night

  • Wednesday

    4:00 - 8:00 PM - Strength and Conditioning (1 hour slots)

    6:00 - 7:30 PM — Elite, Advanced and Intermediate Wrestling

    7:30 - 9:15 PM — Adult Wrestling (starting August 5th)

  • Thursday

    5:00 - 6:15 PM — Intermediate Wrestling

    5:00 - 6:15 PM — Advanced

    6:30 - 7:45 PM — Elite

  • Friday

    6:30-8:00 PM LIVE NIGHT (ALL LEVELS)

  • Sunday

    9:00 AM — 12:00 PM Strength and Conditioning (1 hour slots)

    6:00 - 7:30 PM — Women’s only Wrestling Practice
