Denver Wrestling Academy will offer 3 styles year-round (Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco). DWA has a full-time strength and conditioning coach that will be running training 3x a week year round that is included in the monthly memberships

6:45 - 8:30 PM — High School/ Elite

7:00 - 8:30 PM — High School/ Elite
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 4:00-8:00pm (1 hour time slots)

7:30 - 9:00 PM — Adult Wrestling (starting August 5th)
