Denver Wrestling Academy will offer 3 styles year-round (Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco). DWA has a full-time strength and conditioning coach that will be running training 3x a week year round that is included in the monthly memberships

6:30 - 7:45 PM — Elite

6:30 - 8:00 AM — Elite, Advanced and Intermediate Wrestling

4:00 - 8:00 PM - Strength and Conditioning (1 hour slots)
6:00 - 7:30 PM — Elite, Advanced and Intermediate Wrestling

6:30 - 7:45 PM — Elite
