With over 20 years of experience in the fitness and performance industry, Uncle Black brings a deep passion for developing athletes of all ages and abilities. Having worked with boys and girls ranging from age 3 through professional-level athletes, Uncle Black has extensive experience across a wide variety of sports and competitive levels.
Specializing in resistance and strength training, speed development, agility, balance, and proper body mechanics, Uncle Black focuses on building strong, confident athletes while prioritizing safety and long-term health. Every training program is designed to enhance performance while helping reduce the risk of injury through correct movement patterns and injury-prevention strategies.
